Amalgamation of Women’s and Men’s Committees
At the Annual General Meeting held on Sunday 29th October, members overwhelmingly (92%), approved the merging of the Men’s and Ladies Golf Committees into one Golf Committee.
A Sub Committee, chaired by both Captains, will now be formed to work through the many complex details to ensure a seamless transition.
Once this blue print is determined, nominations and elections for the Captain and the eight committee members can be initiated to ensure that the new committee is up and running with the minimum of delay.
