The Soul-Full Mind’s Relaxation Meditation Class focuses on relaxing the whole entire body, freeing the mind and body from stress and tension.
Deep guided relaxation allows the body to disengage from a stress response and return to a relaxation response.

A relaxation response is the only response any healing can happen. No experience is necessary.

Please bring pillow, blanket and a water bottle. (BYO yoga mat if you have one - however spares are available).

When: Monday’s 10:00 am to 11:15am.

Cost: $15 (Pay on the day).
