Below is the latest up update given to us from Community Club’s Victoria on March 18:

Ban on Gatherings of More Than 100 People
“We’ve been advised by authorities that the interpretation of the ban on all indoor non-essential gathering of more than 100 persons is defined as being 100 people per single enclosed area of a venue (“enclosed area” is a room that is substantially enclosed by a roof and walls.) For example, you can have 100 people in a function room including staff, while also having 100 people including staff in the Member’s Lounge. Clubs will still have to actively manage intermingling between those spaces.”

As a result of these changes the following operational changes are now taking place within our venue:

This is a very new and changing landscape for our facility. We will endeavour to keep you updated on any further operational changes. We will continue to try to maintain facility operations to the best of our ability within the recent guidelines given. We are doing our best to keep our staff in employment and in turn, trying to continue to provide a terrific facility for members and guests to visit.

Please feel free to discuss any of these decisions with me at any time. The above changes within our venue may be altered during this challenging time. We can assure that all our members and guests will be provided with information as it continues to unfold.
