Dear Members of the Portarlington Golf Club,
Due to the current restrictions, the board is investigating the best way to proceed with the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 9am on Sunday 25 October 2020.
The option to attend the meeting in person in the clubhouse is of course dependent upon restrictions being eased to the point to allow enough members to attend to provide a quorum for the meeting.
To facilitate the meeting on the scheduled date the board is considering conducting the meeting via the internet communication Zoom. We will ensure that detailed information required for such a forum is provided.
Further information will be advised as soon as a decision is made.
