To all members,
It has been brought to the Committee’s attention that some Members not sharing their cart are carrying two sets of clubs on their carts during a competition round
Please be aware that this is a breach of rule Four (4), The Players Equipment.
Going forward, Members are requested if they have two bags on the cart and one set is not being used please remove that bag to avoid a breach of Rule 4.
Please note that the Committee will have to enforce the rule if they receive a verbal and/or written complaint.
The Committee understands that this has been a common occurrence but unfortunately a complaint has been raised and we have had to assess the complaint and make a decision and act.
Please note that I have had confirmation from rules officials from Golf Australia that this is a breach of the rule 4.
