A reminder to all members,
We are trialing the Club Championships in a slightly different fashion this year.
It has been a very unusual year all round.
Men’s Club Championship will be run Saturday 14th Nov, Saturday 21st Nov, Saturday 28th Nov and Sunday 29th Nov.
Women’s Club Championship will be run Wednesday 18th Nov, Wednesday 25th Nov and Sunday the 29th Nov.
On the Sunday the top 4 Gross players (32 Players) of each grade will be seeded and will be contacted by the Committee via SMS directly after the previous round to be informed of their seeded tee time. Players will need to reply to the SMS to accept their seeded time.
Please note that if you are seeded and choose not to play in the seeded group you will not be eligible to win CC.
For any other players (men or women) who wish to participate in the final round the booking sheet will open at 2pm on the previous Sunday ie 22nd November.
We are hoping to promote a Vic Open feel alternating the groups as such:
11.38am Veteran Men
11.46am D Grade Men
11.54am C Grade Women
12.02pm C Grade Men
12.10pm B Grade Women
12.18pm B Grade Men
12.26pm A Grade Women
12.34pm A Grade Men
We will have reserved tee times from 7.30am (7am if numbers justify) for all other participants.
If restrictions permit, we are hoping to have presentations afterwards in the clubhouse. We would encourage the participation of many players and spectators at this event which is the pinnacle of our club calendar.
